I believe there’s a long-term debate about whether humans are affected by the full moon. Science and rationality may say no, but they didn’t see me tackle week 5 tonight!
Alas, not that number three twenty minute gem, but two runs of eight minutes, the longest I’ve ran since May 2021, and a run distance of just over 2.5K.
A cold but marvellous run under a glittering sky and powered by the silvery light of the wolf moon. Wonderful. 🌌 🌕
Ask any nurse and they'll say that attendance at casualty always has a peak round the full moon. There might be something in it.

Sounds amazing dreamrun 😁 Of note, I worked at the Maudsley hospital in London (psychiatric hospital) and the patients were definitely more active and often agitated around the full moon 🐺
