Well done and if you are new to exercising then maybe it will seem tough, but in general terms, you are probably pushing too hard if you feel dead after a workout.

Take it slow......... that is more effective than going fast at this stage.

Well done for getting out there! The programme is well tried and tested, so it really works. I completed it when I was 72 and what worked for me was to keep my steps short. Think jogging rather than racing😊
