25 minutes of constant running done this morning! Plus an extra 1 minute just because 🤣🤣🤣 can’t say it was easy but it was my legs rather than my breathing that was the only issue, music not so motivating today either, however I did it and here is a frosty morning sunrise for you all to enjoy with me as I mark this milestone today 😁

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3 /25 minute runs, not long now until you graduate.

Oh I hadn’t looked into week 7 yet, thanks for the heads up, hopefully I’ll settle into it ok, it’s good to consolidate, can’t believe I can actually do this 😁

I found the first few minutes a bit tough but then got myself into an easy pace and just knew I couldn't stop. I'm too stubborn to give up. Felt good though 😊Enjoy your next 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♀️

Yes you feel like you’ve accomplished something, and it was such a nice crisp morning before the rain and wind arrived for the rest of the day

Good for you…. Your confidence must be sky high now and increasing with every run. I found W6 R2 pretty tough so looking forward to an uninterrupted session on Saturday. Keep it going and best of luck for W7!

Just keep telling yourself you can do this, it does feel long, I got a time check at 5 mins in and then at the half way mark, that period felt very long as if I’d been forgotten about, I thought there’d be a time check at 10 mins in, but when it came at 12 it was a bit of a boost to know I was well pass the 10 minutes, then I think there was one with only 5 minutes left to run, with the final 1 minute encouraging you to give it a quicker spurt if you can. Good luck 👍🏻

...a quicker spurt....who are they trying to kid. I'll just be relieved to still be alive!
