Covid!!

I now know why I struggled yesterday on my run, tested positive for Covid this morning! My Wife had it and was isolating upstairs but now I’ve got it too!!

Oh, that's a bummer 😔I am now three weeks in and still struggling, but my husband who is 12 years older than me bounced back within a week. Hopefully you and your wife are the latter rather than the former.

I think I will take this week off just to recover, then hopefully next week I’ll try and continue week 9………. Might be hard but I’m determined to do it !
