First day back….

So, I graduated C25K in spring 2019 then a nasty chest infection stopped me running for a few weeks…. Then life got in the way and all that good work went out of the window. It’s taken me ages to get back to this point but I’m ready in my running stuff waiting for the kids to leave for school then am going for it on week one, run one before work. I have probably picked the worst day weather wise but reckon I can’t let that stop me or I’ll never go!
