It funny how the C25K Gets you motivated! Didn't have a lift to work this morning which was 4 miles away. So I ran most of the way and got there in plenty of time. Peace

Your new method of commuting saving you money on fuel and helping the environment. I wish I could run to work, I will be all hot and we haven't any showers that is why i prefer to run before or after work. Keep up the good work.
