Jogging locally, as I am always time-limited. But so glad to be able to get out that I can happily do the same route every day, I walk one day & run the next with weekends sketchy (no help at home). But Iβm getting through it ππ’πβ
Wonderful, granspeed! The weather is changing at bewildering speed at the moment, I'm glad you found some sunshine between the showers. And week 7, cracking stuff π
Itβs therapeutic! The weather adds an element of chance, for sure, as my run time is largely fixed. Not too testing yet, but as the autumn advances, resolution may be required. π€£ So far, however, much better than first time around which was run in Dec/Jan/Feb. Now that had Weather! π
