Welcome to the forum, but I suspect that you did not intend to post on a forum for new runners.

If you click the nine white dots, My Hub icon at the top of the page, you can browse other communities which may be more appropriate to your query.

How much running have you done?

The Couch to 5k training plan is a very gentle way to recondition your body if you can manage it.

If you decide at some point to give it a go then this guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.

We have forum members with a whole host of issues and conditions, many of whom find that running/jogging works wonders for them and this supportive forum will encourage you in a totally non judgemental way.

If you have a complex range of issues then it is always best to check out the suitability of running with the medical professionals who know your conditions first. We, for the most part, are not medically qualified and cannot give specific advice.

I hope you find your own way through your current health issues and find a way forward.
