Good Evening everyone!! I don't post on here often, but that's not to say I don't log on. I love reading all your stories, you all give me so much inspiration. Thank you. Well, I just wanted to say that I've just finished Wk8 Run3 and did my first parkrun on Saturday! I'm so delighted, and never ever thought I'd be able to run for this period of time. My ankles are really sore at the moment, but I'm just pushing through. I find that I'm more of a morning runner than afternoon, but it's so dark at 6am and i now feel quite nervous. Anyone else feel the same? Have a good evening everyone. 😊🥰 xxx

Aww, thank you so much. I really do now feel like a runner! Parkrun was brilliant, I had a lovely warm welcome, and had words of encouragement along the way too. Looking forward to my morning run tomorrow......I've had an attack alarm, so this should help ease the anxiety. Thanks again. Elin xx
