Week 3 completed. Starting week 4 on Monday. I feel like I'm really getting better and I've lost 1st in weight!
I failed at week 4. Today was my first day and I managed to do the first of the 5 minutes runs, but by the time I got to the second 3 minute run I was still too tired and had to stop at 90 seconds. I guess this is my limit
