Nearly there second run a bit slower than Friday's but I was on my own this morning were friday I had company so guessing that's the reason why. Still had a little left in the tank tho to do the last 60 second sprint

Wow you are doing so well. Speed is of no matter , my third run of week 9 was my slowest . You left enough in the tank for a sprint on week 9 , I guess that shows that you are comfortable running for 30 minutes . You can spend the day deciding how to do your last run..... In a tutu ? With us all at the finish line? Enjoy.
