Day 3 and had some great advice, I started cold with nothing but the podcast but doing some reading today and thinking about form and footwear.
I have short achilies tendons. I had surgery to correct over 20 years ago and it only partially worked. Physio and consultant have basically told me to just live with it and it shouldn't stop me doing anything physical so medically it's fine.
I am concerned that all the advice re footwear and form isn't going to work for me. I walk on my toes (quite high) when bear foot and and when I am stressed or tired even if I am wearing shoes.
Anybody got any experience with this or advice?
