Congratulations, Dawnriser. I did a couple of weeks consolidation (like you are doing now) and then started to gradually increase my running time.

I'm enjoying just running without rigid goals (although I have a mind to run 10k soon).

Other people like to find an event to train for or start using a different app.

If you like being on a forum, head over to bridge to 10k (even if you don't have 10k as a goal).

Happy running 😀🏅

Hi there Dawnriser I graduated last month, but at nowhere near a distance of 5k, so I am currently just consolidating and getting used to running a bit faster before moving on to the C25K+ to increase my running times.

I'm only aiming to get to 5k at whatever length of time it takes at the moment, and being eternally grateful that I've managed to get this far despite being very overweight, 62 years old, hypertensive and diabetic! Mircales take a little longer 😜
