Been back on it sort of for about a month now, I’m still on week one but improving a tiny teeny weeny bit at a time.

My actual age is 65, going back a month my fitness age (according to Garmin) was 68😫, now 4 weeks later fitness age =64.5 😁.

I still haven’t done a week one session in a complete go, I’m still having to stop part way through to massage Stu. I won’t be moving to week two until I can do w1 in one go but my pace is improving even if it’s only seconds at a time but I’ll take a couple of seconds quicker thank you very muchπŸƒπŸ½β€β™‚οΈπŸ‘.

So far not bad going for a one legged overweight old git.
