For years people have been recommending couch to 5K as exercise and told me it's easy. They lied to me. No one warned me about week 5 lol!

However, I have this evening finished run3 week5 and I am so so pleased with myself :)

5 weeks ago i couldn't run for a bus let alone 20 solid minutes at a fairly even pace

Welcome to the forum and well done on that special run. Remember to stay nice and slow for W6R1.........it catches out more people than any other run in the programme.

Well done! I would also recommended following the guides to the letter - I'm sure I wouldn't have graduated unless I had! Watch out on your next run, it surprised me I can tell you!
