Well after a little blip with my first attempt, I’ve sailed through the program. It’s brilliant. Finished today with a 5k in 36 mins which I’m chuffed with as I’m 65. Park Run now beckons. Question - is there a Facebook frame you can use on your profile pic? Thanks.
