Like so many others I didnβt make the 5K at week 9 run 3. Iβve steadily plodded along though at my own snail pace π and finally made it after 12 consolidation runs. Couldnβt be more chuffed. So to all those who are a bit dispirited at the end of C25K, keep going even the tortoises get there in the end π’π

I'm kind of taking the same approach. I just did consolidation run 7 reaching 4.6k in 40.35min which I'm happy with considering I couldn't run for toffee 12 weeks ago.
I just graduated yesterday and still have quite a bit to go to reach 5k, but determined to crack that goal. I have my moments where I beat myself up for being slow, but try to remind myself that running for 30 mins is a huge achievement regardless of speed! Especially considering where I started.
Congratulations on achieving the 5k, hope to join you there in the next few weeks! π
Congratulations on graduating ππββοΈπ. I will never be a fast runner but as long as we are getting out there and enjoying it then we are winners! ππββοΈπ . Good luck with your consolidation π
Well done! I know what it is like to keep striving for the elusive 5k, but it is great to finally get there! Remember a tortoise's 5k is just as far as a hare's π.
