That's W7R3 in the bag now. I'm finding this has now become more of a mental challenge now. Physically I'm able to do the runs but the little voice that keeps telling to stop takes some beating! Lol

Those damn voices... they miss the couch... they love doing nothing... they fear success as it takes effort. Great job putting them in their place in week 7.

Definitely. It was around W7 or 8 that I switched from listening to music to listening to podcasts when running. I find it so much more absorbing that (provided I'm not running too quickly) I forget about the running and the time goes much more quickly.

That sounds like good idea. I currently have a running playlist but find myself checking the clock at the end of each song. I'll try a podcast or audio book next week. Many thanks.

W8R1 done today listening to an audio book. Definitely noticed the difference and the time flew by! Many thanks for the tip, it really worked!
