If you are not injured , it would be great to start again.... Doing stretches this time 😁 I love couchto5k and it is making me stronger .. I think I am a little addicted to running and I am only on week 6! Let us know how you get on.

I did the programme a second time after an injury and it was a wonderful learning experience.Because I knew I would be able to do it all, yhere was little mental stress and trepidation like first time round
Instead, I was able to conventrate on form, pace, comfort levels etc. I learned a lot on many levels and was a better foundation second time around than originally

I've done bits before and recently repeated the whole thing, very slowly after illness.Follow the structure, jeep it slow and steady and do read the advice, that IannodaTruffe has linked you too...it is invaluable.Enjoy!
