After completing W9R3 and ringing that bell at Christmas!! I was sooooo pleased with myself! But after 3 months went by I thought I’d try it again from W5, I was struggling a lot with it, so like an idiot, I gave up!! BUT now I’m back with revenge!! Back to the beginning! And oh boy!! Do I feel unfit 😕 just need to balance the runs with work! I’m even more determined this time! 💪

Unfortunately it's use it or lose it, many have repeated C25K for various reasons.

Feelin’ Gold-ish. Great name 😉 I can confirm it is easier the 2nd time round. When you restart at the beginning, you may find that by week 5 or 6 you can actually knock out a (slow) 5km. Enjoy the journey. You know the destination, and the way there already.
