W7R3 in the torrential rain 🤣. I really didn’t think I could go any slower, but I managed it today for fear of slipping over. Once I was completely drenched I thought I might as well carry on as I couldn’t be any more soaked and actually it was lovely and refreshing. I didn’t feel in the least bit out of breath or hot by the end. Running in the rain wasn’t so bad after all. Happy rain running all and bring on week 8 😁

I used to run a lot in the rain, usually between 7 & 8 miles, I was younger then too! I used to get totally soaked, but enjoyed it. Happy 🏃♀️
