Started C25K in February and managed the 5k in March thanks to Jo Whiley. Now run 10k regularly and even achieved 11k earlier in June. Running gear on, Tomtom watch set, AirPods in place and Johnie Walker on BBC Sounds and away you too can go! I feel sometimes like Steve Gump!
