Just accept it as a practice run , take a rest day (or 2) and give it another go but slower.
The best way to get through this run and the rest on the program will be to slow it down from the beginning. It's all about controling your pace from the start !
Don't wait untill your exhausted and then try to slow it down , that will be to late.
If you are too quick at the beginning you will run out of energy at the end .
This will be crucial on longer runs .
Good luck 👍
Instructor57 has given you good advice.
Every run is training for the next one and so we can always take some positives and learn from the experience.
If any run is tough, just slow down.
Everything going on in our lives can impact on our performance as a runner. Restedness, hydration and nutrition are at the top of my list of variables that need to be optimised to enable enjoyable running.

From the start of your run, make sure that you can speak aloud clear ungasping sentences as you run.
In all likelihood, you have probably increased your pace without you realising it. That's happened as a result of increased fitness and now the lack of walking breaks.
This is a very easy issue to fix.
Very simply , make a conscious effort to start off really slowly. Pay attention to your breathing - it's your friend. It's your best indicator of the effort you're putting in, which should be very low!
Your pace should be 'conversational' , i.e. one at which you can easily chat at. The whole run should feel nice, easy and relaxed. As a guide, try and think of a pace that means you finish feeling like you could carry on if you had to - THAT is the perfect pace.
