THANK YOU to everyone who commented on my returning to the programme post. The support which comes from this forum is fantastic and has played a key part in me just getting myself back on it again. I graduated from the programme nearly 4 years ago (so brilliant) but during the winter months when suffering with asthma I let my running go.
Restarting should be easy, right? But it took me a long time to just begin. I’m pleased to say that I have and I’m just about to start week 3. Awesome.
Running is not just about my health and fitness for me, although they do need addressing. It’s such a wonderful tonic which really helps to support my wellbeing. I’ve soooo missed it!
At this stage I’m taking it relatively easy, knowing what’s to come I trust the programme although still have the jitters a little bit that I’ll actually be able to make it! That’s kinda exciting though.
Thanks to everyone for your support, keep up all your great work. This forum is fantastic!
