Hi everyone ☺. Just started on the programme ( 3 runs done). I did better than I thought I would but am sure I may need support from others to keep me motivated.

Would love to hear from someone who, like me, is in their first week.

Hi 👋

I just did w1r3 - it’s good to have people pushing you along. I’ve done this programme twice before and it is a great thing to do (I stopped running due to injury/life stresses getting in the way) I’m determined to keep it up this time - I feel sooooo much better when I’m running, Good Luck!

Hi, the biggest hurdle for me was knowing that people would see me puffing and panting. Looking like a big red tomato!

😊 Whenever I’m in my car and I see someone puffing and looking like a red tomato ( especially in this weather) I think ‘good on them for getting out there!’ I think most people think like that and the opinions of those that are mean are not worth thinking about - you are doing this for you
