Great that you could do the full minute on week 1 😁 I couldn't even quite manage that in january, but the couch to 5k programme really works magic and this forum is a great source of inspiration and advice. I graduated in May and now enjoy running for 30 minutes or more- I really didn't think that would happen when I was on week 1! Good luck with your running journey 😁
I’m starting tomorrow morning. I’m stupidly nervous but have been so encouraged by everybody on here. My kit is by my bed ready to go first thing in the morning!
