1st day on this. Actually slow jogged for 8 minutes indicated, didn't believe I could do that so, a good start.

Great that you could do the full minute on week 1 😁 I couldn't even quite manage that in january, but the couch to 5k programme really works magic and this forum is a great source of inspiration and advice. I graduated in May and now enjoy running for 30 minutes or more- I really didn't think that would happen when I was on week 1! Good luck with your running journey 😁

I’m starting tomorrow morning. I’m stupidly nervous but have been so encouraged by everybody on here. My kit is by my bed ready to go first thing in the morning!

Hi Napretep - how’s it going? Wk 2 now? I started just after you so wondering how you are doing.

So far going ok. Struggle a bit with the jogging bit but, perseverence pays off. I sometimes mis one of the 60 sec jogs, walking fast instead, just to allow muscles to relax a bit.

Great - I was surprised at how big a difference 60 seconds is to 90! But we keep going, that’s the main thing 👍🏼
