5 weeks ago I resumed my c25k and from previous posts it was not the easiest.
But today I ran for 20 whole mins. Yes I did the much anticipated W5 d3 run and owned it.
I went in thinking I'm not letting the doubts near me and after 5 mins of running Jo told me I'd managed 5 mins and my heart sank. I thought my gazelle like run had been for far longer. Then my legs started to relax and the next 15 mins flew by.
I'm so utterly surprised I ran for so long!
I know next week is a sneaker so I'm keeping it in mind .
But for now I'm so excited that I ran for so long and at my fastest pace (which oddly felt v slow in the moment!)
