I decided after my last run to allow two days rest but it was such a lovely morning I just had to get out there and run after one day. Week 9 run 1, can't believe I've got this far.
Really easy run, I didn't feel I was pushing myself despite the heat, then on the way home I saw a hare sitting in the middle of the boatyard I run past. He's often there and always brings a smile to my face. I took a photo of him and guess what, the C25K app stopped, but as I was in the cooldown walk I didn't care.
My thighs were a bit achy when I got home, this hasn't happened since the early weeks but I guess it was because I didn't eat before I set off. Once I ate my breakfast I felt even better.
PS I'd have attached a pic of the hare but I need to edit it as my thumb was over the top of the lens lol
