I completed W9R3 a couple of weeks ago but don’t feel ready for Bridge210K yet so I have been repeating W9 runs . Jo Whiley got me this far but I would now like a change of voice. How can I change trainer … do I have to download another C25K app?
Any thoughts welcome!

I did the same Doris - I changed from Michael to Laura when I did my consolidation runs which were just repeats of week 9 runs. But I found that after about 3 weeks I felt confident enough to go it alone and said goodbye to Laura - it was quite liberating! I then carried on running until I got to 5k which I did for a few weeks before going over to the bridge. We look forward to you joining us there whenever you’re ready!
