You can do it! Go slow (look up Japanese slow running), a slow jog is what you need. A great playlist helped me too. Plan your week so you make it a habit but do it at your own pace, you don’t need to stick to calendar weeks and if you need a rest day or 2, 3 etc, take them! Good luck!
Take it slow. Avoid the hottest part of the day. Drink plenty but don't burden yourself with a water bottle.

This will be the best decision you will have taken so far this year, C25K is a brilliant programme. You will have good and bad days, but if you follow the guide, you will want to complete this journey.
