starting again after a break

I graduated with quite a lot of difficulty last year - repeated some weeks once, sometimes twice - then had to stop because I dropped something heavy on my foot. Found it hard to get back to it after a long break hobbling around with no exercise but decided to start again from the beginning, which I berated myself for as being a bit cowardly, but I'm enjoying it more this time, I guess because I know what to expect and I know that it's possible for me to do it. Not having to repeat any weeks - yet! I'm only on week 5 and I remember that's the big step up!

I would almost certainly not have started running again without this programme and without the forum, which is so supportive.

I think it’s really brave ( and sensible) of you going back to the beginning. Glad to hear you are enjoying it more. It’s encouraging that the gains you make don’t disappear even with a break.
