Slow enjoyable run with 4 year old😁

So my 4 yr old granddaughter decided she would join me for a run in her school uniform (so we opted for a garden run😂) She gave me great encouragement “come on Nainy, you can run faster”. Told her if l ran faster then l wouldn’t be able to talk, so she slowed down. Where do these children get there energy from? She gave up after 10 minutes or so before setting off to school with mummy. Happy running folks wherever you run👍🏻

Those little ones are made for short sharp bursts and very short rest times in between and isn’t it fun to be part of that?
