Covid jab

I’m due my 2nd jab this morning. I’m just praying I don’t get the wipe out affects the 1st one gave me & I won’t be up to my graduation run tomorrow!🙏

I had my 2nd jab yesterday, I ran in the morning and had the jab at 13:10 (Pfizer)

Bit of a sore arm and a little tired this morning.

You can always delay your graduation run a day or 2 if you need !

Good luck! I was absolutely fine with my 2nd jab and was able to run the next day. The first one wasn't that great so I was worried. Fingers crossed 🤞

I had my second AZ jab yesterday evening. So far I've had no side effects....not even the sore arm I had after my first.

Anecdotally, it seems if you had a bad time of it with the first jab, the second is likely to affect you less. (And the reverse applies, as my partner is finding out today.)

Good luck for your graduation run, perhaps delay it for ONE DAY because of the jab, I ran 9K 48 hours after my second vaccination 💉 with no problems whatsoever.
