After much gentle cajoling, our son has started running. He used to row at national level so still has some of that fitness left, and although he is now a final year degree student he has given in and tried running to support his ageing father!!

At the end of W7 he is running over 5K in 25 mins and is actually enjoying it.

If only he had listened to us before!!

James, we are all so very proud of you. Good luck with your two remaining exams and with your presentation. Not that you read or post on here...
