Hope you are all having a fab day!
Mixed post to say thank you to everyone sharing your journeys, tips and progress! It makes a huge difference to have somewhere to come to read and be motivated!
Secondly if you are reading this and about to start or in the early stages thinking you can't do it.... I promise you, you can!
I'm now on week 6 and just completed run 2. I genuinely loved it and have been bouncing off the walls since. Week 1 was a struggle my little boy was 6 weeks old so I had only recently given birth and was sooooo unfit and out of shape which made me feel awful I had always been the person that loved fitness. I've never been a runner not since the school cross country days and I'm 32 now so was a long time ago!
Anyways I really had to push to manage my 1 minute runs and I'm not even sure my speed counted as a run 🤣 I am now managing over 4k in this weeks runs and feeling fitter and faster everytime.
Anyways my ramble is to say. Just do it. You have totally got this. Trust the programme and you will be amazed at what you can achieve in such a short space of time!

Oh and I documented it on Instagram from day 1 to hold me accountable.
