It's a case of "where are they now"?, I don't recognise any of those names, I joined this forum in September 2017 thinking C25K was something to do with running 25 kilometers, I soon realised that it was a training course to run for 30 minutes.I think the 3 longest members are Oldfloss, Irish Princess and Irish John, I think they have been here for about 6 years.

Yeah I remember oldfloss and Irish princess well from my first C25K attempt about 5 years ago 🏃‍♀️🙌

Most of them still active here ... just tag them with the @ ... Oldfloss Irishprincess poppypug :-)

No I can't say I remember poppypug, that would be a little before I joined the forum.

One of the most entertaining people on this forum was a man who used the username Sallenson, he was a regular contributer up to about 20 months ago but just suddenly stopped any posts about that time, another man who suddenly stopped any posts after two years regularly posting and actually became an administrator was UnfitNoMore, he suddenly disappeared from the forum around last December.

Sallenson was funny, who can forget his "athletic sheen?!"🤣

He used to call me "my Highland caber tosing friend from Scotland"

Hi Sparky 👋 Poppypug was one of the original admins here and yes I remember fondly her Friday dance tunes 💃 🕺

Lots of lovely happy memories but then we’re making more nowadays too 😍

Hope all is well with you 🙂

AHH the lady herself, so lovely to see you! All fantastic with me.. thanks,

Really enjoying my running now 🙏

I still recall a story you told once of retrieving a balloon that a little tot had let go of and the joy of you being able to run to catch it..

Will go check out your profile 🏃‍♀️🏅🌟

I remember that! I was well chuffed and can still remember the look on her little face when I handed her back her balloon 🙂😍

Great to hear your running is still going and still going so well!

I don't suppose any us would recognise any of those names from 9 years ago - I joined in 2015.

However, look at the bottom of that page and you'll see the one and only Laura Hamsic (C25K Laura) posting :-)

Congratulations to you IannodaTruffe, you must be one of the founding members of this forum 👍.

I think there were about 6500 registered users when I first looked on here.

GoogleMe is probably one of the longest standing regulars and has been here longer than me.

I’m still here! Just celebrated my 8th year runniversary in March. Apart from various days off through injury I’ve been running regularly since that W1R1 🙂

Congratulations to you Irishprincess on becoming "one of the longest" members of this forum, happy 8th-year running anniversary, at the other extreme there some people who report run 1 of week 1 and are never heard of again, it's been a great 8 years for you, well done.

Oh wow, what a great find. I know when I took the admin title with oldsbean in 2013 they were no longer active on the forum in an admin capacity.

I like the fact that when people look back at the bridge forum for the first post I will be there, my little claim to fame 😀.

Happy Running

I’m still here! I replied to Laura’s question about graduates and was asked to trial the stepping stones podcasts when they were in development! I didn’t run for a couple of years but I’m back and still loving it 😃 how funny to see my old post. Happy running gang 🏃🏻‍♀️🌟
