This week just consolidating, intervals on Monday, 30 min run on Wednesday and a 35 min run today. Teaching my body and mind to get used to it!!!

That's what consolidation is all about. And... use the time to think how you want your running to progress, if it all.

It’s weird without the app and the target though isn’t it ?! I’ve using Runkeeper again so I have a timing buddy lol

Of course. It’s an app you can download onto your phone which tells you when every five mins has gone and what fits me you’ve done. It gives you a little map too. The basic version is free too
