Tired legs over the last few weeks and I thought I will get the torture device out the Freddy the foam roller! We've had a mixed relationship and didn't think it helped that much, due to the fact that
1. I'm not doing it consistently
2. I am not doing it properly
So I looked up some YouTube videos and in a hidden area of the house, I started my rolling. Like a rhino trying to stand on a ball, I traversed different areas of my legs. It was harder than my first run!
But my legs did feel better and today when I went out with my legs feeling lighter I could push a bit harder and bring my average pace up... I will continue this battle with Fred!
