Today I completed my 10th consolidation run after graduating. Still getting out every other day and I’m still enjoying it once the run is finished ha ha (and maybe a few times during the actual run too - I will admit 😉) I’ve been trying to slow down following all the advice and on Saturday I actually felt like I had so much more in me and felt like I could have run for longer than 5k - I didn’t as I didn’t want to jinx it lol A slower music compilation definitely helped I think.
Anyway this was just a reminder to everyone still on the programme keep going! It’s definitely worth it - and it’s amazing how it just works in getting you into the right mindset of anything is possible ‘jogging wise!’
