Just finished my first run of wk3, was really looking forward to this, I’m eating healthier along side this program and I find it is helping me massively to stay on track !

Well done!! How are you finding week 3? It's my first run of week 2 today and I'm a little nervous, I also have a really busy day and I am aching from a big hike yesterday 😬 like you I'm trying to eat healthier as well and it's definitely helping me to feel better than I was before I started.

I’ve been walking in between the 3 runs a week so everyday doing a little something to keep me motivated! Felt good today wasn’t to hard! Just love the app and Sarah milican talking me through the run over my music ! I find that helps me alot too .. good luck 😉

Yes as I got going on the programme I found I thought more about being healthy so alcohol and chocolate stopped during w1! And I haven’t had alcohol since - just a bit of choc now and then. Weight came off steadily and still is as I keep running. W10r2 this morning! Stick with it it’s brilliant and works! X
