Was 1st run a fluke

Gearing myself up to complete my 2nd run this evening. I’m reading posts to get inspiration, I love reading everyone’s journey and all the advice. Even though I’m nervous I’m also excited I am even running locally and I don’t care who see’s me. Let’s see if I feel fab again after the run or if it was a fluke after the first run x

I am sure that your first run was NOT a fluke, congratulations on starting C25K with run 1 of week 1 and welcome to the forum, just take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, good luck for your running journey with C25K, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 1.
