Great run this morning to finish up C25K. Sunny but fresh, big playlist, body felt good! As many people have said before I would absolutely swear by this plan. I had been out of a regular running habit for well over a year after I did a half marathon and totally lost my love for it. But I’ve got so much confidence back from the last few months.
Next target is to get some regular 5ks in, work on my pace and aim to beat my Park Run PB of 30:57!! 💪🏻🏃🏼♀️🏆
