Completely smashed this one tonight... absolutely loved it...I'm really enjoying the long non stop runs, the first couple of miles are hard but after that it's like I'm on auto pilot...I've found my breathing is now controlled I've also found a perfect pace I'm really glad I started this couch to 5k its a great programme which actually works
