Well, after a tumultuous year for all of us, a year when the pandemic caused a lot of us to isolate and not run, I've just managed to graduate for the second time. Today was a perfect day for running. Sunny sky with little or no wind, my two spaniels running alongside. What more could anyone want?
I registered for the Park run last year but the pandemic put paid to that, so I'm looking forward to participating in that once it reopens.
I would like to thank all those who worked on putting the App together, Laura my running buddy and all the fantastic people on this site who are always so helpful.

Huge well done you... It has indeed been quite a year! I am repeating Couch again after a physical and mental sump in October ( too much overthinking and over worrying about this blessed virus and its effect on us all) . It is so useful for building strength and stamina back up!Where are you going to move onto next... maybe take a peek at the Consolidation Club again or move onto Bridge to 10K ? New reality means new goals ?
Yes, after graduation last time I did several consolidation runs and then extended to completing 5k and then tried to reduce my time, so hoping to emulate that. I was then going to do a park run but the pandemic put paid to that, then my wife had a catastrophic break of her humerus so all suddenly went out of the window. She did manage to do a first Park run beforehand so I need to get even !!! Fortunately my wife is going to restart in a week or so. Gosh what a year indeed.
