I tried a new route, slight gradual incline. Wish I hadn’t as it affected my whole run. My legs felt so heavy so did a bit of walking. Really disappointed with myself. Maybe I just over did it yesterday with a ‘jump’ class (on a trampet) and my body hadn’t recovered. Feeling down now 🙁

11 x runs! I am also expecting to be repeating week 7. I have decided that tomorrow I will run my normal route which I know I can do. (20mins) then judge it from there. Thanks for your support
