Great Running you dug deep πͺ it's a landmark run week 5 ππ
Thanks π, canβt believe I ran for 20 minutes, itβs a shock tho when it comes up on the app, Iβm over the moon itβs the first time Iβve actually thought I could probably run 5k π
The secret of couch to 5 k is well..... Well it's a secret!!!! But as you're a participant I'll share it with you π€, the plan works, all's you have to do is trust it πͺ that 5k goal will be yours π
Ha, the Battle of Helms Deep, that's a new one on me, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran, I am not sure if you will name that runπ
Thanks, I wonder if w5r3 is designed to be just as much of a mental as well as a physical challenge, I feel so up for w6 now, in fact I feel up for anything, odd that running for 20mins has given me such belief, still in shock π
If you look at this breakdown of W5 healthunlocked.com/couchto5... you will appreciate that the enormous jump that most people seem to see at the end of W5 just does not exist.
It is all in the head. W6R1 actually catches out more people than any other run in the programme............so stay nice and slow.
