Back to it today after my rest day yesterday, my weird hip sensation wasn’t causing any issues during and I had a really good stretch after. Fingers crossed once I’ve cooled down it’s still good!
Found the first 10min run a little harder than expected, but still managed to complete it. Strava tells me I best my PB’s on my 1k, 1mile and 2mile time so I obviously picked up my pace So maybe why I found it a little more tiresome 😊
