Hi well this is the 2 time for me to do the couch to 5k I had real trouble getting past week 7 on the 2 run so gave up on the frist time round but this time I started right from the beginning for the 2 time and I have reached week 6 -2 run and I'm finding it really good and I'm so enjoying it I don't say much on herebut read a lot and all the comments have help me get here thanks 😀
