Well done. I have just completed two weeks b4 my 65th. It is a great feeling. You can do it.
Well done! I found that toward the end of the programme, I sometimes benefitted from an extra day between runs. I was also 56, when I completed. Now 4 years on I have to say that this programme has changed my life and as my 60th is on the horizon, I am the fittest I have ever been. So KBO and have funπ
Thank you Helen I feel brilliant and fitter than I have for years..x
Hi Jimmib22 , well done for getting so far, good luck with graduation. I am 57yrs and on WK2 R2 so have a lo0ng way to go yet. : )
Well done.
If you struggle with any run you are probably going too fast.
Running slower, at an easy conversational pace, develops your aerobic base more effectively than pushing harder.
Well done.Thats not old; I'm a few months off being ten years older than you. Like you I hadn't run in decades but I run W9R1 tomorrow!!
