Well after a calf injury before Christmas after running week 8 3 was a bit angry with myself.... so given that the injury has cleared up I rolled back to week 5 . Wow that was a shock to the system, hopefully I can get to week 9 3 now then onto 10 k

If you haven't run for four months then it might well be worth going back a bit further to recondition your body to the impact of running nice and gently, especially after an injury.
